West Rockhill Township, Bucks County, PA

Keystone Architecture was approached after completing a different project with the homeowner to improve their residence and provide additional space for their growing family.  At first the project was intended to be a simple addition, but as the project developed the scope grew to include additional space and connection to an existing unused attic.  The family room was designed to maximize the best views the property had to offer while keeping a connection with the existing dining and kitchen areas with a contemporary feel to them.  The inclusion of finished space in the attic allowed the space to be connected vertically and also gave the opportunity to design the street side appearance of the home.  Although the project expanded to include renovations of a good deal of the existing residence, its footprint was contained within Township Zoning Hearing Board approved maximums and created a harmonious solution within its neighbors.
